Meet The Team

Debbie & her Family

My name is Debbie Haden. I am a professional Ofsted registered and insured childminder, with an enhanced CRB (Criminal Record Bureau) and DBS check. I have two sons, Sam who is sixteen and Luke who is fourteen. I also have a stepson Craig who is twenty-seven; he only stays with us every other weekend and sometimes in the summer. I live with my husband Alan, who is an electrician; he is also one of my assistants who will cover where necessary. He also holds a first aid certificate, basic food hygiene, safeguarding children, prevent duty training and data protection. Up until I had Sam, I worked in Asda in Slough for eighteen years as a Team Leader. I enjoy entertaining, reading, jigsaw puzzles and swimming.

Jo and her family

My name is Jo Mayes. I work as Debbie’s assistant, I have an enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check. I am married to Matt and have three children, Ryan who is ten, Logan who is seven and Elsie who is five. I have worked in childcare since leaving school and took a break when my children were growing up. I enjoy cooking, baking and spending time with the children.

Qualifications

  • 12 hour paediatric first aid
  • Safeguarding training
  • Level 3 in childcare.

 

Emma and her family

My name is Emma Dell. I work as Debbie’s assistant, I have an enhanced DBS check. I am married to Rick and have two children, Lacey who is six and Chloe who is four. I have previously worked at Nationwide and I also work at a school part time.I enjoy spending time with my family.

Qualifications

  • Paediatric first aid (12 hours)
