Our mission statement

We will provide a clean, warm, safe, friendly, home environment with a family atmosphere in which children feel valued, can play, learn and develop. Children will receive a lot of individual attention whilst enjoying interaction with others. We appreciate that parents are the most important people in a Childs life and therefore consult with parents on all aspects of their Childs care.

“A safe environment to play and have fun.”

“We aim to nourish, so your children flourish, to reach their full potential.”

At Debbie’s Dinkies, we support our parents and develop our children. Nourish and flourish we like to call it.

Our mission is to be the friendliest child-minding setting available, where you will find a welcome, cultural and inclusive environment. We aim to provide families with high quality childcare offering a safe, caring and secure setting.

We believe that a homely atmosphere is paramount and aim to provide an environment where all children can feel happy and relaxed and develop to their full potential.

Together with the above, and our compliance with the Early Years Foundation Stage learning goals, we offer what can only be described as an “outstanding” service.

We are committed to promoting British Values as part of our ongoing commitment to deliver.

Physical environment:

Debbie’s Dinkies provides a clean, warm, safe, secure home environment for the children. The garden is fully enclosed and secure. The number of children that we are able to look after at any one time is regulated by Ofsted and we must adhere to this.

All toys and equipment that are offered to the children are suitable for the ages of the children. They are also checked and cleaned regularly.

Safeguarding Children:

Our responsibilities and priorities are towards the children within our care. Child abuse can be physical, sexual, emotional, neglect or a combination of any. If we have any concerns or are given any information towards abuse, we have a legal obligation to inform the Local Authority and Ofsted. We comply to the ‘Prevent Duty Guidance’, within the setting.
